In case you were casually lurking on Twitter last night and noticed Drake’s name trending: No, he has not been arrested in Sweden. Drake became a trending topic on Thursday night as fans speculated that he’d been arrested by Stockholm police at a nightclub.

But not so much! Drake’s team “categorically” denied the rumors to the Hollywood Reporter, confirming that (a) he has not been arrested in Sweden and (b) he was chilling at his hotel.

Drake is visiting Sweden, however, and reportedly arrived on Wednesday on his personal Boeing 767 called Air Drake. Unclear why he’s in the country, but THR notes that he’s visited the Östermalm district of Stockholm and dined at Ciccio’s restaurant.

Drake is coming off the release of his new album Honestly, Nevermind, which has been killing it on the Billboard charts. Also important? He recently joined the Backstreet Boys onstage in Toronto to perform “I Want It That Way,” a moment in time that I, for one, have yet to recover from:

While we’re here, TMZ notes that Drake spoke about why he loves “I Want It That Way,” saying a girl asked him to dance while it was playing and it was “the first time I ever felt acknowledged, it was the first time I ever felt, you know, like I had a shot at being cool. And like I said, the song that she wanted to dance with me to is one of the greatest songs of all time, one of the greatest songs I’ve ever heard. I want you to make some noise and I want you to sing this song as loud as you possibly can.”
