Dream Job Alert: Get Paid to Play with Flamingos in the Bahamas

What if your office were a tropical paradise filled with coral-colored flamingos and heavy-on-the-rum piña coladas?

The idea isn’t just a pipe dream, thanks to a new resort in the Bahamas called Baha Mar that’s searching for a CFO. Nope, you don’t have to be a finance whiz to score this gig: chief flamingo officer. The job description includes hanging out with the aquatic birds in their designated “Flamingo Mansion,” teaching guests about the tropical creatures and working alongside Baha Mar’s chief scientist, Vanessa Haley-Benjamin.

Think you’ve got the credentials? An ideal candidate needs a degree in zoology or related background and at least five years’ experience working with exotic birds. (Does our neighbor’s canary count?)

If you’re ready to apply, just check out the resort’s career page for deets.

Oh, and don’t forget us when you score the gig of a lifetime. We’ll be happy to cover for you if you ever need a vacation. (Hint: You won't.)
