Family's Dedication to Rescuing Mama Dog From Puppy Mill Is So Heartwarming
After they adopted her baby, they went back for the mama.
Puppy mills prioritize profit over the welfare of helpless dogs. They're typically overcrowded and unsanitary, with dogs living in cramped wire cages or small, filthy pens. The dogs are often neglected, and given inadequate food, water, and medical care. Dogs are also forced to breed repeatedly, resulting in physical and emotional distress.
That's why we found a clip posted by TikTok user @Twolabsandtwopoodles so touching. Not only did this family save a puppy from a breeding facility, but a year later, they went back to rescue mama.

The creator explained that both dogs were obtained from a rescue that takes dogs from the same puppy mill when the dogs don't sell or are done breeding. Thankfully, both Ruby and the dad dog are safe in foster care now and will soon be in loving forever homes away from the horrific conditions of the puppy mill. We just love a happy ending!
