New 'The Fast & The Furious Deluxe Arcade Game' Brings Classic Street Racing Home

The popular Fast & Furious franchise will expand its ever-growing universe next month, with the release of The Fast & The Furious Deluxe Arcade Game. From Arcade1Up, in partnership with Universal Games and Digital Platforms, the latest gaming title will release ahead of the tenth chapter in the Universal Pictures movie saga, Fast X.

Marking the first home arcade machine from the franchise, The Fast & The Furious Deluxe Arcade Game features two gaming titles: The Fast & The Furious and The Fast & The Furious: Tokyo Drift. The machine lets players put the pedal to the metal on a 17-inch LCD screen with full-color graphics and Wi-Fi leaderboards.

“The Fast & Furious Saga is one of the highest-grossing and enduring global franchises of all time, and we can’t wait for fans to immerse themselves in this popular arcade game inspired by The Fast & The Furious and The Fast & The Furious: Tokyo Drift,” said Jim Molinets, SVP of Production, Universal Games and Digital Platforms, in a statement. “The Arcade1Up arcade machine lets players experience fan-favorite vehicles, jaw-dropping action, and high-stakes drama at home.”

The arcade machine flaunts a streamlined construction with a single cabinet design. In line with classic tropes, the design includes a light-up marquee, a faux coin door, a performance four-gear speed shifter and a racing steering wheel with rumble, gas and brake pedals.

The Fast & The Furious Deluxe Arcade Game is available for pre-order now on Best Buy's webstore, and it will become available on May 5 for $599.99 USD.
