My Favorite $50 Swimsuit Is So Flattering, It Keeps Selling Out—But It's Back in Stock

It looks just like luxe celebrity-loved options at half the price.

I’m always on the hunt for the perfect, simple one-piece swimsuit. While I have a few favorites, like the editor- and celebrity-loved Andie Swim Amalfi One-Piece and Blake Lively-worn Gooseberry So Chic One-Piece Tank Swimsuit, both cost around $100. Recently, I found an alternative that’s equally chic but half the price—and it’s from one of my favorite price-transparent brands.

The Quince Italian One-Piece Cami Swimsuit feels and looks just as luxurious as more expensive suits I have worn (and believe me, I’ve tried a lot). The fabric is amazing—it’s made with a sleek, Italian-crafted UPF 50 blend of 78 recycled polyamide and 22 percent spandex that makes it flattering, stretchy, and comfy. It’s also chlorine, sunscreen and oil-resistant.

The swimsuit has sold out a handful of times, but now is fully back in stock in the black colorway. While it’s available in sizes S to XL, select sizes in other shades are still out of stock, so if you’re eyeing another color and it’s available in your preferred size, I’d check out ASAP.

The elegant silhouette is similar to the Andie suit and provides the perfect balance; it’s modest enough to wear to a country club or around grandparents, but has enough oomph to leave you feeling sexy on the beach. The suit is designed to be flattering for a variety of body types with great features like adjustable spaghetti straps and a built-in shelf bra with removable cups, offering ample support and a little boost for your chest. A subtly scooped neck and a moderate cut in the back and front shows just enough skin without leaving you overexposed. It also offers just enough compression to flatter your figure, but not so much that your insides start to hurt.

Shoppers, of course, love the Quince swimmie just as much. One customer said it has a “nice and thick material, which is unusual for this price point,” while another fan called it “the epitome of Italian charm, with its timeless design and effortless elegance.” Other shoppers raved that it’s “a great basic swimsuit for everyone” and “beautiful and sexy.”

And if you’re interested in other styles, Quince has a few other one-pieces (and bikinis!) available, including a cross-back version and a front-plunge style. Overall, the Quince swim collection nails the minimalist aesthetic, sort of reminiscent of the old school J.Crew collection of the 1990s. Similar to the cami one-piece, though, they’re selling out fast.
