Greyhounds' Reactions to Family's Brand New Flooring Are Way Too Funny

There's nothing like some good old-fashioned home improvement. Whether you are replacing your kitchen cabinets or painting a room or even adding a bookcase it's always so gratifying to improve your living space. Unless, of course, you're a Greyhound dog who has zero interest in stepping on your dog parents new flooring.

Check out the following hilarious video posted by TikTok user @allisonmaree0 of her beautiful Greyhounds being floored by new flooring.

These dogs have zero idea what to do about these new floors! They are obviously not made for walking on. These pups are acting like their pet parents installed an ice skating rink in the home! It's just too funny, and TikTok users agree.

@Ella comments, "What brave boys, taking on the scary floor." LOL! It's just terrifying! @Perunov speaks for the dogs and says, "Doggies: the traction index of this floor is too low." @Kris adds, "How brave is the one with the red harness! I love the cute nopes as they are backing up." Yup, they nope'd on outta there! @Stinky replies, "One slip and now my dog REFUSES to walk on any slick floor. Now I have rugs literally on any open floor area for him."

Yup,  if you install some pretty new hardwood floors you will just have to wait it out for your pup to get used to the flooring or else add some area rugs. Protip: make sure you either add a carpet pad or carpet tape to the bottom of the rugs or they can get pretty slippery too and then you'll end up carrying your dog all over the house!
