Halsey has dedicated her time, resources, and now her art to support access to abortion care. After sharing a powerful message about abortion during a concert, penning a passionate message about the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, and opening up about how getting an abortion helped save their life after a failed pregnancy, Halsey is now seeking to help those in need financially. The singer will donate proceeds from auctioned artwork to abortion care funds.

Halsey revealed that they would be auctioning off five paintings created onstage during their Love and Power tour through Sothebys. Proceeds from Halsey's paintings will be donated to the National Network of Abortions. Sotheby's confirmed that the paintings would be sold through their website and will include pieces created during Halsey's concert stops in Boston; Detroit, Tennessee; Nashville; Gulf Shores, Alabama; and Portland, Oregon.

Sothebys dished on Halsey paintings on Instagram. According to the fine and decorative art corporation, each painting was created within "the confines of a 3-minute song" and would be available for auction during its Contemporary Discoveries auction, with bidding closing on July 19. Fans of Halsey's work can actually check out the paintings ahead of their sale at the Sothebys New York Gallery.

On Friday, June 24, the Supreme Court of the United States overturned Roe v. Wade, the landmark decision that protected a person's right to abortion access. Halsey is one of many celebrities using their platforms to help provide assistance to those in need.
