In its seven-season run, Selling Sunset has featured countless high-end homes. Each luxury residence seems to outdo the next, and the Southern California mansion that is showcased in the latest installment—and was once valued at $100 million—is no exception. The home, which was featured in House Beautiful’s Kitchen Issue in October 2020, was dreamt up by Los Angeles-based designer Breegan Jane. More like a resort than a private home, the Bel Air estate possesses every amenity a homeowner—especially one who loves to entertain—could want.

During episode five of season seven, Brett Oppenheim, Bre Tiesi, Mary Bonnet, Chelsea Lazkani, and Emma Hernan tour the property, which is known as UNICA. Listed by broker Shawn Elliott of Nest Seekers International for $59 million, the estate originally hit the market for $100 million in 2020. It took a price cut the same year to $78 million. Elliott noted during the episode that the current reduced price was set in an effort to sell the home before the new Los Angeles mansion tax kicked in.

Jane was brought on by developers Westside Property Group to envision the interior design even before it was built, and she helped oversee what she calls the "design-build" process. "My challenge was to find the balance between creating this luxurious, over-the-top moment but also designing for family living," the designer and HGTV personality told House Beautiful.

Spreading across 41,000 square feet and four levels, the home boasts eight bedrooms (including two primary suites!) and 21 bathrooms. It's outfitted with high-quality, special materials from custom limestone flooring to a kitchen island made of petrified wood. A wellness floor offers a steam room, sauna, and indoor saltwater lap pool. There are eight wet bars and a movie theater for entertaining. The indoor basketball court and 20-car garage enhance the home’s opulence. Outside, a 75-foot-long infinity pool and adjoining plunge pool make the space feel like a day club, as Mary said on the show.
