The countdown to Baby Barker's arrival is on. And to celebrate the occasion, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker, who are expecting their first child together, hosted a vintage Disney-themed baby shower over the weekend at their Calabasas mansion — complete with Mickey Mouse ears, a barbershop quartet, and magical matcha latte art.

For the event, Kourtney wore a skintight snakeskin bodysuit that was sleeveless and featured a high neckline, as well as flare-legged puddle pants. She accessorized with a set of Mickey Mouse ears with her dark brown bob pulled back into in a messy ponytail underneath and tiny square-shaped sunglasses. Her nails were painted black, and she sported minimal makeup, emphasizing her natural pregnancy glow.

Attendees at the shower were the couple's kids and close friends, as well as Kourt's famous family — including sisters Kim and Khloé Kardashian, mom Kris Jenner, nieces North West and True Thompson, and nephew Tatum Thompson.

Back in June, Kourtney announced she was expecting with a hand-written sign at one of Barker's Blink-182 concerts, and a week later, the couple revealed that they were having a baby boy. Earlier this month, however, the Poosh founder underwent "urgent fetal surgery" following an undisclosed pregnancy complication.

"I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life. I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this," she captioned a black-and-white photo of her and Travis holding hands at the hospital on Instagram. "As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear. I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant."
