Zulema Arroyo Farley has put her posh penthouse duplex with massive outdoor space on the market for $6.95 million.

While Farley is known for her psychic gifts, with clients including Dayanara Torres, a former Miss Universe and ex-wife of Marc Anthony, and Adamari López, the Puerto Rican actress and former Telemundo host, she is also a onetime managing director at Young & Rubicam.
In addition, Farley is an author who shares her story as a rare cancer survivor. She’s also a wine enthusiast and a dame chevalier of Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne.
