I officially know my credit card number by heart because of how much I’ve typed it in while shopping for a new summer wardrobe. So far, I’ve checked off breezy maxi dresses, linen pants, swimsuits, and, most recently, Bronax’s Double-Buckle Slide Sandals during Amazon’s Memorial Day sale. While I’m all for a trendy pair of slip-on sandals, I needed a style that I could walk and stand in comfortably—and this slide style offers that and then some at just $16.
The slip-on sandals come in five colors: pink, tan, black, beige, and gray, and sizes range from 4 to 13. They feature a flexible and cushiony design with a nearly two-inch thick platform, two adjustable buckle straps to ensure a secure fit, molded footbed, and textured non-slip outsoles. The cloud-like shoe is also waterproof, making it great for chilling poolside or at the beach.

My favorite kind of shoes are the ones that require no breaking-in; a pair that you pull out of the box and go. That was the case with these double-buckle slide sandals. They truly feel like walking on pillows, and if my feet could sigh in relief, they would have. I’ve had them for about two months now, and while they were comfortable straight out of the box, they’ve only gotten more comfortable with wear. I also like that the straps are adjustable because I have narrow feet, so I get a more secure grip around my foot. They’re also waterproof, making them perfect for lounging poolside or at the beach, and their textured bottoms offer a good grip on slick surfaces.
I’m choosing comfort over style, and though these are more casual sandals, the neutral shades, beige and brown, complement everything. I’ve paired them with jeans, a T-shirt, and a baseball cap for a more casual, everyday look, and even dressed them up with a maxi skirt and dresses.
