Madonna Is Ultra-Toned In A Topless IG Wearing Only Lace Undies
  • Madonna is showing off just how strong she is these days with a slew of topless photos on Instagram, wearing only lace underwear, tights, and heels.

  • The pop star, 64, is not afraid to show some skin, flaunting her sculpted legs for the world to see.

  • Madonna is really into Pilates, and she uses a reformer machine to target muscles in her legs and butt.

Madonna is all about bold fashion choices ...ahem, cone bra anyone? It seems like she goes viral every week for a wild, new fashion statement. So, it comes as no surprise that the pop star is shaking up the Internet once again with a topless photo that shows off her lacy undies, tights, and a new Balenciaga bag.

The Queen of Pop, 64, showed fans her toned legs and sculpted arms during the little Instagram photoshoot. In the pics, she's posing in fishnet gloves, black lace underwear, knee-high stockings, and a Balenciaga bag placed in front of her chest. She also rocked a pair of sunglasses (naturally) and lots of silver chains. To quote the icon herself, “b*tch, I’m Madonna!”

She captioned the photo, which featured Balenciaga’s iconic caution tape bag, “🐱in the Bag. ………………….” And ICYMI, here are the shots:

Madonna is definitely super strong these days, and she credits the macrobiotic diet for helping her stay toned and properly fueled, according to Women's Health Australia. The meal plan is mostly vegetarian, although it can include vegan meals, and emphasizes eating whole fruits and veggies.

When it comes to movement, Madonna is a Pilates girl. She uses a reformer machine to focus on toning her legs and booty, according to an IG from last September. Of course, Madonna also incorporates an arm pull to the workout routine before dancing around and getting some more cardio in.

She also incorporates dance into her routines (which is great for getting that heart rate up and the blood pumping) and works on her impressive moves with her personal trainer, Marlyn Ortiz, who is a dancer, choreographer, and aerialist. Together, they also work on stretching and rehab.

“I like keeping things interesting, shocking my body,” she told Life and Style Magazine. Over the years, her workouts have also included ballet, running, and circuit training.

Well, I think it's safe to say it’s working! Go, Madonna, go!
