Meals on Wheels People fights hunger, social isolation in senior community

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A local non-profit needs your help to continue its fight against hunger and loneliness in our community.

Meals on Wheels People is working hard every day to make sure no senior goes hungry or feels socially isolated.

Suzanne Washington, CEO of Meals on Wheels People joined AM Extra to talk about their mission, how the organization helps fight loneliness and how you can help.
