Dolly Parton has teamed up with her goddaughter Miley Cyrus once again, delivering a powerful and stunning duet that has left fans begging for more!

This time, the country music legend, 77, has unveiled a fresh version of Cyrus’ 2013 hit “Wrecking Ball,” which showcases both her and the 30-year-old pop star’s dynamic vocal ranges, elevated by epic guitar instrumentals.

Parton officially released the new duet late last month, and it will be featured on her upcoming album, Rockstar, out November 17th. Since her and Cyrus’ single dropped, fans have been taking to social media to praise their harmony-making skills and goosebump-inducing vocals.

On October 20th, Parton first revealed her new project with Cyrus, and gave fans more insight into why she wanted to cover the popular song. "When I [first] heard 'Wrecking Ball' I almost wept in my car," she tweeted, adding: "When it started into the chorus it hit me like a wrecking ball!"

The "Jolene" hitmaker went on: "I thought how great can a song be and how great can @MileyCyrus be? I thought, I have to have that song on my rock album and I have to have Miley sing it with me! I love it and I hope you do!"

After listening to the duet, fans headed to X (formerly Twitter) to praise the collaboration. "I can't stop replaying it!" one wrote as another added: "Wow...I've always liked this song, now I like it even more!" Someone else commented: "Your voices together are so powerful, I’m obsessed."

Another user replied: "You two sound so good together." One other noted: "Both of these women are true vocalists, who can harmonize effortlessly with each other, using their voices at times as if they were backing instruments to create audio effects. Amazing!"

As fans know, this isn't the first time that Parton and Cyrus have teamed up to perform a joint rendition of "Wrecking Ball." As part of 'Miley's New Year's Eve Party' hosted by Cyrus to usher in the year 2023, the duo of musicians memorably crooned a snippet of the track amidst a medley.

After Parton shared their latest duet, Cyrus sweetly tweeted: "I’ve grown up covering my Aunt Dolly's music & it’s an honor to hear her singing one of my songs. I love you Aunt Dolly!"

She added: "I’m so happy to add another collaboration under our bedazzled (studded leather) belt! We’re ROCKSTARS now! You can hear so much sweetness and love on this."
