Netflix viewers are obsessed with new heart-warming documentary Longest Third Date
If you're in the mood for a seriously soppy watch, then according to Netflix viewers, the next thing on your watch list has to be the new documentary film Longest Third Date, which was released yesterday (18th April).
Longest Third Date tells the real life story of Matt Robertson and Khani Le who met on Hinge. After two pretty good dates they spontaneously decided to travel to Costa Rica for their third date after Matt got some cheap flights for the weekend.
They spent the weekend exploring the natural beauty of Costa Rica, bonding and getting to know each more. The weekend was practically perfect, except for one very small but significant detail - it was March 2020 and their flights home had just been cancelled thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Stuck in Costa Rica, Matt vlogged their following 79 days together as they attempted to book new flights, shuffled around various AirBnBs and explored more of Costa Rica, all whilst seriously deepening their romantic bond.
Viewers of the film have been sharing their love for the documentary, with many calling Longest Third Date a really cute watch.
