The cargo inspiration is represented by the flap pockets on the sides, but they're not the only pockets that the shorts feature. You also get two more basic slip pockets on either side, which are always convenient.
To help enhance the shape of these shorts, they come with an adjustable belt that can help cinch the waist further. But if you're not the biggest fan of the belt that the shorts come with, you can always remove it and replace it with a different style.
