The Only Skater Who Posts "A Mix of Random Fun" And Blows Your Mind With Each Clip (Watch)
Water puddle manual pads; crazy curb dancing; a broomstick flatbar with shoes duct-taped to it; kickflip front boards on...a bush?
And we're just barely scratching the surface here! Nobody does it like Daewon Song. Seriously, though—where does he come up with this stuff?
His caption says, "About to go get me a breakfast sundae! A mix of random fun and have a beautiful day everyone 🙏🏽❤️" Which to me means this really is just a fun, random post from one of skateboarding's most technical participators, despite the fact that every single thing he's doing here is truly incredible.
The 360 flip fakie on that slanted sign is a straight up clip in my opinion. I know tricks hardly get saved these days, (and I know this is Daewon we're talking about here), but watching that really blew my mind. All jokes and fun aside, that is a gnarly trick.
But then you swipe to the second slide and the entertainment continues. All the tricks over that little red car (including the optical illusion—loved that). The parking garage line is crafted perfectly and all the curb dancing that closes the curtains is so satisfying.
If you watch this and don't immediately get fired up to have some fun on your board, slap some curbs or skate some trash (ha), well, I'm sorry. Forever inspiring us to get weird and creative, nobody does it like Daewon.
