Paula Deen's Cooking Show 'Positively Paula' Is Finally Back, Y'all

From Country Living

Update, January 18, 2018: Paula Deen welcomed fans back into her Georgia home when her show Positively Paula first premiered in 2016-now season 2 of Positively Paula is finally here. As of January 2, new episodes can be watched on the streaming platform RFD-TV, according to a press release, via The Country Club at rfdcc.com, Roku, and Sling TV's Heartland Extra package.

Original Post, October 9, 2016: More than three years after a racism scandal left her without her Food Network show and many of her endorsement deals, celebrity chef Paula Deen is making her comeback to television. Extra reports that her new syndicated TV show, Positively Paula, will take place in her Savannah home and will feature her friends, family and surprise guests.

Back in 2013, the Food Network dropped Deen after she admitted to using racial slurs in the workplace. The admission came during a deposition for a racial discrimination lawsuit brought by an employee. "I want to apologize to everybody for the wrong that I've done. I want to learn and grow from this," Deen said in an apology video then. "Inappropriate and hurtful language is totally, totally unacceptable." Since then, Deen has made small steps back into the television world, appearing on Dancing with the Stars in 2015 and starting an online cooking network through her website. Most recently, she appeared on Celebrity Family Feud, competing against Carson Kressley.

Positively Paula will premiere October 15 in 40 areas across the country. You can go to her website to see where and when to tune in. "I am so excited to invite my friends from around the country into my home kitchen each week," Deen said. "We are going to have an incredible time cooking up a storm and sharing the most special memories."
