Penélope Cruz arrived on the red carpet for the “Ferrari” premiere in Los Angeles on Tuesday, wearing a black spaghetti strap maxidress with a multicolored floral print from Chanel. Cruz’s look was from Chanel’s spring 2023 couture collection, which WWD characterized as being exemplified by transparency and metallic effects, and drawing inspiration from artist Xavier Veilhan. Veilhan’s third and final sculpture collaboration for Chanel’s runway show was for that collection.
“Ferrari” is a biographical film about the luxury automaker’s founder Enzo Ferrari, as he deals with the death of his son Dino, his struggling marriage and trying to bring his company back from the brink of bankruptcy. The movie stars Adam Driver as Enzo Ferrari, Cruz as his wife Laura, Shailene Woodley as Ferrari’s mistress, Lina Lardi, and Patrick Dempsey as Italian race car driver Piero Taruffi.

Cruz’s fellow movie stars and other guests in attendance all showcased premiere-worthy red carpet style for the screening.
Shailene Woodley
Woodley took a cue from Penelope Cruz regarding florals and wore a camel brown turtleneck sweater with the sleeves rolled up, pairing it with a nude skirt with blue and orange floral foliage embroidery from Valentino’s resort 2024 collection. She paired the sweater and skirt with pointy-toe red heels. For accessories, she wore gold chain necklaces, earrings and bracelets from Howl.
Adam Driver
“Ferrari” leading man Driver kept it classic in a navy tuxedo with a black satin lapel, completing his ensemble with a white button-up shirt he left unbuttoned at the top and black lace-up shoes.
Patrick Dempsey
Dempsey wore a classic black suit with black shoes, completing his ensemble with a white and gray pinstripe shirt, charcoal gray tie and accessorizing with a white pocket square.
Meredith Mickelson
Mickelson arrived on the red carpet taking a sparkling approach to style in a floor-length glitter embroidered Valentino gown with a high neckline. She accessorized her gown with Chopard jewelry and completed the look with Rene Caovilla heels.
