A video of Princess Charlotte has resurfaced thanks to a viral TikTok showcasing an adorable gift-giving moment, and it's bringing a splash of joy to all our For You pages.

Yes, every member of the Royal Family has a role to play. And while King Charles III's grandchildren don't carry any significant titles (not yet anyway), nor any major political or military influence, they are responsible for acting as tiny brand ambassadors for the Royal Family, delivering good vibes through their little acts of adorableness. After all, no matter what you feel about royalty, nobody can be mad at royal children. (Except, of course, Wladyslaw III of Poland, who reigned from 1434-1444. That dude straight-up sucked.)

This is why little moments, like this pre-pandemic footage of young Princess Charlotte accepting flowers, are significant for the Royal Family when they go viral.

The 11-second video shows Charlotte attending "her first Christmas church service on the Sandringham estate in Norfolk with members of the extended royal family in 2019," as noted by Newsweek. In one hand, the young princess holds the hand of her mother, Kate Middleton, while in the other, Charlotte holds an inflatable flamingo she had received earlier in her walk from a fan.

Charlotte and Kate notice a young child with a small bouquet in his hands, and Kate approaches the child. Discovering that the flowers are meant for Charlotte, in what the video calls her "first bouquet," Kate encourages her daughter to accept the gift. And, as every parent does, she also reminds her daughter to say "thank you."

Now, we'll be honest; Charlotte still seems a bit more stoked about the flamingo than the flowers by the end of the clip. And since the Royals are still trendsetters, we're calling it right here and now: folks, flowers are no longer the hip gift. It's all about inflatable Phoenicopteridae now.
