Petite Desserts Perfect for Assembling a Dessert Charcuterie

Our charcuterie inspiration? Fork & Beans' epic dessert platter. Loaded with a sweet cheese ball, chocolate salami, and more, her tray is definitely one we can get on board with.

First things first: chocolate. Go with chocolate-covered almonds, raisins, or pretzels—or all three. Either way, every dessert board deserves a little dunking.

A good charcuterie tray knows how to mix and match textures. We're obsessed with these lush strawberry cheesecake bites. Did we mention they're topped in a honey-sour cream drizzle? Delish!

Bacon is delicious on its own. Now give the savory strips a playful twist by adding them as a topping to chocolate bark. Bonus: The salty addition helps balance out all the sweets.

As for crackers, we're going straight graham. Top them with chocolate and mini marshmallows for a treat you'll totally want s'more of. Bonus points if they're slightly toasted.

Swap the usual cheese ball for something unexpected: cookie dough. Crush any leftover graham crackers for a crumbly coating, or try something salty like pistachios. Smear the good stuff onto fruit, pretzels, and more!

Fruit is an easy (and healthy!) addition for a fresh pop of color. Look to figs, grapes, cherries, and sliced peaches to brighten up your board. Get dipping with honey-swirled whipped cream or our creamy marshmallow dip.

Feeling fancy? Scatter some raspberry-topped crème brûlée and mini soufflés on your tray. Top picks: salted caramel pots de crème and lemon soufflé.

Give your board the ooh la la factor with French macarons. These pretty little things get their flavor from a pineapple-studded cream, coconut, and chopped macadamia nuts.

A lot of boards look to rosemary for a final touch, but for a sweet tray like this, we'll make an exception. Try edible flowers as a fragrant way to fancy it up. Our favorites: clovers, chamomile, pansies, and marigolds.
