There are Disney fans, and then there are Disney fans. If you fall into the latter category, we might have found the perfect vacation rental for you—and a crowd. Located in Reunion, Florida, the eight-bedroom, nine-bathroom Small World Castle is about six miles from Walt Disney World and about 20 miles from Universal Studios Orlando. With over-the-top Disney and Marvel decor throughout the entire mansion, it’s the next best thing to staying in one of the parks.

Kids can take their pick from two suites with hidden entrances to indoor playgrounds (one looks like an enchanted forest), playrooms, and a karaoke stage. There is also a galactic-themed playroom with arcade games. Bunk beds are fashioned to look like Cinderella’s castle and carriage, and an Avengers headquarters. The other bedrooms and the rest of the house has a modern but glitzy look, with more subtle Disney touches, like artwork, chandeliers, and other decorative objects.

When you’re not at the theme parks, the house offers an impressive array of ways to stay entertained. For movie watching, there’s a Steamboat Willie-themed home theater with a 200-inch screen and comfy recliners and day beds. You can play air hockey or ping pong in a screened-in “party balcony”. On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped gym with a sauna, and a basketball court. Outside, there is a 100-foot pool with a basketball hoop, spa, and five glowing glass waterfalls that light up at night. Plus a large patio area that can accommodate 10 people, and a fire pit with Adirondack rocking chairs. To survey your “kingdom”, head to the observation tower on the third floor.

Available through VRBO, Small World Castle averages about $1,223 a night—which is far from cheap—but if you’re traveling with a group and sharing the cost, it could actually be more affordable than the nearby resorts. And when was the last time you could say that you had an entire castle to yourself?
