Sydney Sweeney Celebrated Her 26th Birthday Dressed Like an '80s Prom Queen

As if we needed a reminder that Sydney Sweeney is the ultimate cool girl, the Hollywood sweetheart just celebrated her 26th birthday in some serious style with an ‘80s prom-themed bash.

On Sunday, the actress reposted a series of snaps from her party with REVOLVE in Los Angeles, including what she wore. Sydney’s party dress brought us back in time, sporting a metallic pink mini that featured a plunging neckline and puffed-out, ruffled sleeves adorned with voluminous rosettes. She accessorized the hot pink number with a glittery micro Self Portrait bag, a coordinating corsage (of course), a diamond choker necklace with matching earrings from Elizabeth Cole, and pointed-toe slingback heels with bows.

Beauty-wise, the blonde bombshell styled her hair into corkscrew curls with an extremely deep side part, and she teamed her curly mane with sparkly eye makeup, thick black liner, and a pink lip.

Among photos of the birthday girl blowing out candles, “Syd’s Prom” was the school dance everyone dreamed of in the ‘80s: disco balls, metallic streamers, pink draped curtains, a lit-up dance floor, and balloon backdrops. Several stars spent their evening at Sydney's party, including Nicola Peltz Beckham, Alexandra Shipp, Camila Mendes, and Barbie actress Ariana Greenblatt.

Anitta was even in attendance and wished her a Happy Birthday with a couple of photos of the pair from the photobooth. “My first prom thanks to the bday girl @sydney_sweeney U deserve the best!!!” the pop star wrote alongside the images.
