Editor's notes: The story has been edited to show that the Art in the Park event in De Pere has been moved from Saturday to Sunday because of the rain. Also, the Saturday Farmers Market in downtown Green Bay has been canceled due to rain, and Friday's on the Fox was rescheduled.

GREEN BAY - This week marks the official start of summer. The summer solstice is Thursday so it's time to celebrate the longest day of the year.

A summer heat wave is making its way through Green Bay this weekend, so you might be looking for ways to escape to air conditioning. Here are some indoor activities to cool down with. There's also some outdoor park events to stop by at as temperatures start to go down later in the week.

Jeff Dunham at The Weidner postponed

Comedian Jeff Dunham postponed his three shows at The Weidner that are part of his Still Not Canceled Tour due to an illness. The shows were rescheduled to July 18-20. Tickets will be transferred to the new dates.

They all cost $60 on Ticket Star. More information is on weidnercenter.com. Anyone who needs to exchange their tickets should call Ticket Star at 800-895-0071.

Comedy to the Rescue for Safe Haven

The Tarlton Theatre is raising money for Safe Haven Pet Sanctuary with the Comedy to the Rescue show Friday at the theater, 405-409 W. Walnut St. Comedian Clay Foley will perform a stand-up show for the kitties. Tickets start at $25 with an added $15 for dinner. The dinner menu and tickets are available on Eventbrite.

Dinner is at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m. Friday.

Candelight: A Tribute to Taylor Swift

Call all Swifties — many of Taylor Swift's hits will be played at the first of two Candlelight Concerts in Green Bay this summer. The Listeso String Quartet will perform Saturday surrounded by thousands of LED candles at St. Norbert College.

There are two performances at Dudley Birder Hall in Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts, 315 Third St., De Pere. The concerts are at 6:30 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. Tickets are still available for $61.50 or $71.50 for the 6:30 p.m. concert, or $39, $55, $65 for the 8:45 p.m. concert. Fridays on the Fox postponed

Downtown Green Bay's Fridays on the Fox returned last week. The weekly concerts are held from 6-9 p.m. Fridays on the CityDeck. Hagemesiter Park will serve food and beverages starting at 5 p.m.

Tonight's performance with Copper Box is rescheduled to Aug. 9 because of the incoming storms.

Theatre in the Park

Get immersed in Shakespeare with a performance of "Twelfth Night" at the stage in Whitney Park, 800 Main St. Grab food from Grounded on the Go or El Bistro Taco food trucks and bring a blanket or lawn chair for Theatre in the Park. The performance will be at The Art Garage, 1400 Cedar St., if it rains.

The two free shows are at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday. More information is on the Facebook event.

Go Skate Day at Joannes Skate Park

Go Skate Day is back at Joannes Skate Park on Friday. Win a prize for the best trick, highest ollie, or longest manual categories in the contest. The event is hosted by Green Bay Action Sports Organization.

The skate day is noon to 4 p.m. at Joannes Skate Park, 315 S. Baird St. More information is at gbaso.org.

Art in the Park in De Pere

The annual Art in the Park day is back at Voyageur Park this weekend in De Pere. Enjoy and celebrate art from the community. Food trucks and live bands will be back. The event is free.

The event will be held from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday. It was originally scheduled for Saturday but it was moved beause of the weather forecast for Saturday. More information is at business.deperechamber.org.

De Pere Food Truck Rally

Definitely De Pere will hold a food truck rally from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at Nicolet Square, 340 Reid St.
