Thomas Rhett Shares Clip of ‘Fearless’ Wife Attempting to Ride a Horse

Thomas Rhett and his wife Lauren Akins continue to win over fans with their love for each other.
The husband and wife duo aren't afraid to put the spotlight on their relationship, frequently sharing sweet updates and family photos online. But Rhett's latest social media upload depicts a different, but just as important, aspect of their relationship: the ability to laugh at themselves and each other.
In a new video the 33-year-old country star shared to Instagram on Monday, Aug. 14, Akins, also 33, can be seen on the back of a horse before it begins to shuffle forward, causing her to lose her balance and fall to the ground.
As quick as Akins went down is as quick as she got back up, smiling and laughing over the sudden turn of events.
"I debated posting this…" Rhett joked in the caption. "Then it was obvious that y’all needed to see."
The "Where We Started" singer continued, gushing over his wife, "You’re fearless honey. @laur_akins."

Fans seemed to agree with Rhett's decision to share the clip, sharing a few laughs in the comments.
"Adopt a mustang she said," joked photographer Kailey Dickerson, also wife of country pop singer Russell Dickerson, added, "It’ll be fun she said."
"She’s beauty and she’s grace 💃🏼," another top-liked comment quipped.
A third thanked the couple for staying "true" to themselves and sharing it with the world. "I love how your life is so normal. You share it all. The good, the bad and the ugly. Thank you for being your true self as a family."
Rhett and Akins—who have been married since 2012—regularly go viral for their candid life updates. Most recently for joking about Akins falling asleep during their date nights and for a surprise Akins planned for the singer-songwriter at one of his concerts.
In addition to a fan-favorite social media presence, the couple share four daughters: Willa Gray, 7, Ada James, 5, Lennon Love, 3 and Lillie Carolina, 19 months.
