Adding this project to the area will complement Epic Central’s rapid development over the past four years, where 120,000 square feet have been built for food, entertainment, shopping and more.

This district is located along S.H. 161 in the Mayfield Groves development in partnership with Venture Commercial Real Estate company.

The specific timeline for the start of construction has not been detailed, but the Topgolf is anticipated to open by the end of 2024. It will create 300 jobs.

Originally based in Watford, England, the company expanded to Dallas in 2013. It now has 80 locations worldwide, from Australia to Thailand.

This makes Texas the state with the most location across the globe, with 13 locations including Fort Worth.
