Vegan Coney spot opens in former Ollie spot in Ypsilanti's Depot Town

YPSILANTI, Mich. (FOX 2) - After being vacant for four years, a new eatery opened up in the former Ollie spot in Depot Town.
Plant Based Coneys serves a 100% vegan menu, including Coney dogs, hot dogs, grilled cheese, ice cream, and more. The restaurant also has gluten-free options, such as gluten-free buns.
It filled 42 E. Cross St. in Ypsilanti, where Ollie was for a decade before closing in the summer of 2020.
Currently, Plant Bsed Coneys is operating under its soft opening hours of 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
