This Viral Trader Joe's Spicy Pizza Only Takes 30 Minutes to Make

Increasing the heat on your homemade pizza is an easy way to spin the favorite Italian classic and add a little spice to your usual dinner menu. TikTok creator @blaircooleydietitan shared how to take the flavor to the next level in the most simple way—and all the ingredients you need are available at Trader Joe’s.

Based on the TikTok's 55,000-plus likes and over 24,000 shares, home cooks are definitely intrigued by the viral recipe. Putting together your pizza at home makes for a quick and fun cooking experience, whether it's a date night dinner or weekday lunch, and the whole process takes less than 30 minutes for this particular dish.

To make your own, start by writing up a grocery list and taking a trip to Trader Joe's. You'll need their herb-flavored pizza dough, garlic dip, Bomba Italian sauce, burrata, marinated mozzarella balls, spicy charcuterie meats, and marinated red bell peppers.

Top your dough with the garlic dip mixed with the Italian sauce. Then break up your burrata and slice your mozzarella in half (save the oil to drizzle on top later), and add as much as you prefer. There’s no skimping on meat here—@blaircooleydietitan uses the entire package of the charcuterie to covers the cheese. Finally, place your marinated red bell peppers on top before popping it in the oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Once it’s finished, add your arugula, drizzle on the saved oil and some balsamic glaze, and sprinkle on red pepper flakes if you want even more heat.

Some users left helpful tips and other ingredient suggestions in the comments: “Par cooking the dough for 10 mins before the toppings made it way better,” one person wrote. (Par cooking is the process of partially cooking some or all of your ingredients ahead of time.) Others proposed including goat cheese or a drizzle of hot honey at the end to give it an element of sweetness.
