All hell breaks loose when a prisoner fakes a medical emergency.

Tonight's NCIS: Hawai'i promises to be a nail biter. The episode, called "Bread Crumbs," sees Special Agent Jane Tennant (Vanessa Lachey) interrogating a suspect for the murder of an undercover NCIS agent in the Northwest field office. She's on a helicopter with said suspect, en route to Oahu, when the case spirals out of her control.

As you'll see in the clip, the suspect appears to be having a seizure. "When we put him in holding, he said he was a diabetic," one of the accompanying officers tells Tennant.

"I've never seen a diabetic seize like this," she responds.

In an attempt to stabilize the prisoner, another officer removes his handcuffs—and, well, let's just say that was the wrong call.

The helicopter crashes, leaving Tennant and her seriously injured transport team to fend for themselves—with a hardened criminal on the loose.

NCIS: Hawai'i airs Mondays at 10 p.m. ET on CBS.
