Wine bar and burgers: First restaurant tenants announced for new metro Phoenix development

The Switchyard is a new mixed-use development that will bring restaurants, housing, retail and office space to Queen Creek. Construction is set to begin later this year and the first phase of businesses are projected to open in 2026.

The exact number of restaurants expected to open at The Switchyard has not yet been revealed. Here's a look at all the restaurants (so far) coming to The Switchyard in Queen Creek.
