Zooey Deschanel and fiancé Jonathan Scott are celebrating their engagement with a romantic Parisian getaway.
The Property Brothers star shared two photos from their trip, giving a glimpse of their visit to some of the city's biggest attractions.
One of the pictures features Scott and the New Girl alum posing together in front of the Eiffel Tower on a sunny afternoon. He wore a pink jacket over a navy polo, while Deschanel went the twee route with a retro vinyl blue jacket and floppy sunhat adorned with a navy and white ribbon.
The HGTV contractor also shared a selfie taken with Deschanel at a garden in front of the Sacré-Coeur Basilica. While the home improvement expert opted for a simple black tee and aviator Ray Bans, the actress had some fun with her look, with funky floral pink sunglasses, a floral scarf, a black and white gingham top, and a leather jacket, paired with the aforementioned sunhat.
Scott captioned the snaps, "Amour de ma vie ❤️," which translates to "Love of my life."
Fans shared their congratulatory messages with the happy couple in the comments.
"So happy for both of you!! You definitely deserve all the happiness and love!!!," someone wrote. Another fan gushed, "The loveliest couple! Paris is perfect for you, lovebirds! 💖💖✨✨."
It appears that this trip was part of a planned vacation pre-engagement. The couple announced their engagement on Aug. 14, showing off Deschanel's engagement ring while visiting the Edinburgh Castle Fortress in Scotland, hinting that Scott popped the question at the historic landmark. The She and Him singer wrote, "Forever starts now!!! 🥰♾️🥰."
