1 injured after garbage truck runs off road, crashes on Highway 90 near Conway
HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — One person was hospitalized and all lanes of Highway 90 traffic in the Conway area have been blocked after a crash with reported entrapment, Horry County Fire Rescue said.
It happened along Highway 90 near Highway 501 Business, HCFR said. Crews were dispatched at 1:49 p.m.

The South Carolina Department of Public Safety is investigating. Horry County police, Conway police and Conway Fire Department assisted.
