1 killed, 1 injured in early morning Orlando-area shooting, Orange deputies say
A shooting killed one man and injured a woman early Tuesday morning in the Orlando area, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to Pershing Avenue and Goldenrod Road around 2 a.m. after reports of a shooting, according to a Sheriff’s Office press release.
Both victims were taken to an area hospital, where the 19-year-old was pronounced dead and “a woman in her 20s” survived with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the press release.
The victims’ names have not been released nor any other details as to what led to the shooting.
