2 arrested, 1 wanted after man shot in Robeson County

ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. (WBTW) — Two people were arrested and another is wanted after a 26-year-old man was shot in Robeson County, authorities said.

Isaiah Locklear, 29, and Ryan Locklear, 22, were charged with felony conspiracy, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, conspiracy to sell cocaine, possession with intent to sell methamphetamine, conspiracy to sell methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance. Isaiah was also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Richard Alexander Hardin, 32, is wanted on charges that include felony conspiracy and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.

Deputies responded at about 12:20 a.m. on June 12 to 10518 Shannon Road for a shooting, the sheriff’s office said. A 26-year-old man was found with gunshot wounds. He was taken to an area hospital and has since been released.

The investigation into the shooting led to a search warrant being conducted Tuesday in the 700 block of Jacquelyn Avenue, according to deputies. The search yielded a “quantity” of cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana, guns and money.

Isaiah Locklear and Ryan Locklear were booked into the Robeson County Detention Center without bond.
