Adorable Tinder couple finally meet on TV after three years of messages
You wouldn’t exactly call it a whirlwind romance, but a couple who exchanged messages on Tinder for three years have finally met - and it just so happened to be on live TV.
The internet had implored the duo to finally get together after Ohio student Josh Avsec shared his long-running Tinder exchange with Michelle Arendason on Twitter.
Hahahaha one day I'm going to meet this girl and it's going to be epic. Look at the dates of our tinder texts. pic.twitter.com/DASQK4c5cX

They had kept the joke, in which they would take months to reply to messages, going since 2014.
“One day I'm going to meet this girl and it's going to be epic. Look at the dates of our Tinder texts,” Avsec, a Kent State University student, had promised.
And they finally met up this week on Good Morning America:

“Michelle, it’s so good to finally meet you,” said a beaming Josh when they finally met. “I’m blushing like crazy!”
Reflecting on the exchanges, Michelle said: “I’m stubborn and I wasn’t going to be the one to ruin a good joke like that.”
Tinder also stepped in and offered to fly them anywhere in the world, with the pair now set for a trip to Hawaii.
