Auto shop east of Greenville total loss after fire

FAIRPLAIN TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — An auto shop building is a total loss after a fire broke out early Saturday morning east of Greenville.

Around 2:10 a.m., crews with the Sheridan Community Fire Department were sent to Leid Diesel Services, located at 2952 W Carson City Rd. near Derby Road, after a passerby reported a fire.

The fire department said that no one was hurt in the fire.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
