Bakersfield City School District to host job fair looking to fill multiple positions

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Need a new career? Bakersfield City School District is looking to fill several positions.

BCSD is scheduled to host an informational Classified Job Fair from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, June, 1st. The job fair will be held at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary, located at 1100 Citadel St.

According to the district, you can expect an onsite paraprofessional test, but seating is limited. If you’re interested, you can reserve your spot at this link.

Officials will be onsite to answer any questions and are looking to fill the following positions:

  • Activity Leader

  • Bus Driver

  • Bus Monitor

  • Cafeteria Playground Activity Leader (CPAL)

  • Custodian, Instructional Aide

  • Nutrition Assistant

  • School Clerk

  • School Secretary

  • Classified Substitute
