UPDATE: Beckley Police Department report woman found safe

UPDATE: Thursday, June 20, 2024 | BECKLEY, WV (WVNS) — According to the Beckley Police Department, Salimar Mariah Gunter was found safe.

BECKLEY, WV (WVNS) — The Beckley Police Department is looking for a woman who was last seen in Beckley and has not been heard from in 2 months.

According to a release from the Beckley Police Department, Shalimar Mariah Gunter was last seen in the in the Harper Road area of Beckley two months ago and has not been seen or heard form since.

No further information on why they are looking for Gunter or why they cannot find her

She is white and stands at five feet, six inches tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds.

Anyone with any information regarding the location of Shalimar Mariah Gunter is asked to call Cpl. Cuevas with the Beckley Police Department at (304) 256-1720. Anonymous tips can also be sent to Crime Stoppers of West Virginia through their P3 Tips app.
