Video obtained by Reuters showed thick black columns of smoke filling the sky as firefighters fought to douse the flames.
Reuters was able to confirm the location of the video from a parking lot, lamp posts and bridge that matched file and satellite imagery. Additionally, a structure with a blue roof and another structure with a business name on it seen in the video matched file and satellite imagery of the area. Reuters was able to confirm the date of the video from the metadata which matched the information provided by the source to Reuters.
Assistant deputy fire chief Grant Wyenberg told local media that it is still not clear how the fire started.
