CLEVELAND (WJW) — A Cleveland native is coming to play for his hometown professional football team.
How fans are reacting to potential Browns stadium move
Tuesday morning, the Cleveland Browns announced they signed unrestricted free agent CB Justin Hardee Sr., who attended football powerhouse Glenville High School.

Hardee played college ball at Illinois & signed as an undrafted free agent in 2017 by the Saints. He played the last 3 years with the Jets.

Hardee, who was named to the Pro Bowl in 2022, is now entering his eighth year with the NFL. Last season with the New York Jets, Hardee had five special teams tackles in 11 games.

The Browns did not report the particulars of Hardee’s new contract with them.
