Record high temperatures could be broken this week as Cincinnati experiences a heat wave.

Relief from heat and humidity is still days away as the National Weather Service at Wilmington issued a heat advisory Monday through Friday for the entire Cincinnati region. The Southwest Ohio Air Quality Agency issued an air quality alert Monday.

Temperatures will be in the 90s all week, and according to weather service data, they're not far off from records for the area.
