County, EPCC announce holiday schedules, closures
EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Here is a list of closures and schedule changes around the Borderland for Holy Week and Easter weekend.
El Paso County
All El Paso County administrative offices will be closed on Friday, March 29 and Monday, April 1.
Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, April 2.
El Paso County Commissioners Court will not meet until 8 a.m. on Monday, April 8.
All county department’s administrative offices will be closed as will the county courthouse.
Ascarate Golf Course will be open 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. All county parks will be open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on March 29-31 and from 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on April 1.
Parking at Ascarate is available for free from 5:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on March 30 and from 1 to 10 p.m. that day for $5, cash only. On March 31 parking will be $5 for the entire day, again cash only.
El Paso Community College
El Paso Community College (EPCC) will not have classes or student services on Friday, March 29, 2024, but will resume classes on Saturday, March 30.
In honor of César Chávez Day, EPCC will observe another institutional holiday on Monday, April 1. Once again, classes will resume on Tuesday, April 2.
