Cumberland County man charged after serious crash injures passenger

MIDDLESEX TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) – A Cumberland County man is facing multiple charges after a serious crash injured a passenger earlier this year.

Middlesex Township Police say on February 19, Dylane Milkes, 23, of Carlisle, was driving at a high rate of speed on Country Club Road when he lost control. The vehicle left the roadway, struck a ditch, and rolled over multiple times.

A passenger suffered serious injuries and after an extensive investigation, police say Milkes was under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Milkes has been charged with DUI, aggravated assault by vehicle, and multiple traffic offenses.

Milkes is out on unsecured bail set at $5,000 and awaits a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 24.
