At its meeting at 5 p.m. Thursday at the Daviess County Courthouse, Daviess Fiscal Court will take the following actions:

• Receive the treasurer’s report for May 20204.

• Consider claims for all departments.

• Consider budget transfers for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2024.

• Consider a memorandum of agreement with the city of Owensboro concerning consolidated 911 operations.

• Consider a memorandum of agreement between the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, Office of the Secretary and Office of Drug Control Policy and Fiscal Court to establish an agreement for the Daviess County KY-ASAP Local Board for Opioid Harm Reduction.

• Consider Resolution 11-2024 — city of Whitesville sewer compliance project SB91-006.

• Award bid 2324-67 — Courthouse renovation project.

• Award bid RFQ 2425-07 — HVAC replacement project for the Kirtley Annex.

• Consider new hires, promotions and resignations.

• Consider board appointments.
