Detroit-Windsor Tunnel closing Sunday morning

DETROIT (FOX 2) - The Detroit-Windsor Tunnel will close for several hours Sunday morning.

According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the tunnel connecting the United States and Canada will be closed from 7-10 a.m. Sunday for a training exercise. This closure will apply to both traffic going into the U.S. and Canada.

Those needing to travel during the closure can take the Ambassador Bridge, which will remain open.
