AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Dutch outgoing Prime Minister Mark Rutte will be NATO's new secretary-general, succeeding Jens Stoltenberg, Dutch news outlet NOS reported on Tuesday citing sources close to the matter. Reuters could not immediately obtain a comment from NATO.
