Expect scattered storms and possibly severe weather Saturday in Milwaukee County

Summerfest goers may want to bring a poncho Saturday because the forecast is looking very muggy and wet.

According to the National Weather Service, scattered thunderstorms are expected throughout the afternoon, with small breaks in between. A high of 82 degrees along with humidity will make the air feel very sticky.

Saturday evening there will be a cold front, bringing along with it a chance of severe weather. From 6 to 11 pm, Milwaukee County can expect thunderstorms with damaging winds, heavy rain, and even some possible embedded tornados.

Sunday will be a cooler day, with a high of 76 degrees. There is a 20% chance of rain, but we are looking at an otherwise dry day.
