Firefighters fight Upper Mahantongo Township barn fire

UPPER MAHANTONGO TOWNSHIP, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Crews responded to a fully involved barn fire in Upper Mahantongo Township Wednesday evening.

Officials confirmed with 28/22 News crews from the Mahantango Fire Company headed the response to a fully involved barn fire at around 6:42 p.m. on the 1200 block of Ridge Road in Upper Mahantongo Township.

Tractor-trailer crash leaks liquid chocolate on I-81

Authorities say there are no reported injuries and several vehicles in the barn were damaged.

28/22 News reached out to the Mahantongo Fire Company for additional details and has not heard back.
