Fisher-Price recalls Little People Mickey and Friends Figures due to choking hazard

(WHTM) — Fisher-Price has announced the recall of its Little People Mickey and Friends Figures due to a choking hazard involving the Donald Duck and Daisy Duck figures.

According, to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the heads of the Donald and Daisy Duck figures can detach, posing a choking hazard to children.

The recall affects about 204,000 units. as well as about 11,000 sold in Canada.

The recall includes the models HPJ88 and HTW75. The recall only affects the Donald Duck and Daisy Duck figures in the pack.

Both recalled figures are about 3 inches and have outstretched arms.

The Donald Duck figure has a blue shirt with thin yellow stripes on the arms and neck area, a blue and black hat, and a red bow tie. The Daisy Duck figure has a purple shirt, a turquoise necklace and bracelet, pink shoes, and a pink bow.

The model number can be found at the bottom of the Goofy figure.

The commission is instructing consumers to take the Donald Duck and Daisy Duck figures away from children and contact Fisher-Price to receive a pre-paid return label to return the two figures and receive a $10 refund.
