Flash Flooding sweeps through Grand Junction neighborhood

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — After heavy rain and hailstorms swept through the valley, the Grand Junction neighborhood of Paradise Corner initially thought they had weathered the worst of it.

However, once the rain stopped, water levels in the streets quickly rose, prompting some residents to evacuate their homes. Those who stayed behind had to deal with cleaning up the debris left by the floods.
